Scholarship for Equality

This scholarship will be awarded to (1) student who is regarded with a high level of integrity and a mission for equality.

Requirements

To be eligible for the Scholarship for Equality, applicants must be a graduating Manasquan High School Senior enrolled in a college, community college, online programs, or trade school in the US or Canada; be a US citizen; have a 2.0 GPA; and demonstrate support of the LGBTQIA community through significant support, engagement, and/or volunteering.

Award: Varies; $500 per year minimum. Scholarship is split between two semesters.

Recipients must show documented leadership, support or involvement in organizations, activities or issues that promote awareness and acceptance of the gay/lesbian/bisexual/transgendered (GLBT).
